Description:

StressFace is a stress monitoring app that provides users with insights into their stress levels on their Apple Watch or iPhone. By utilizing heart rate variability readings from HealthKit and applying custom algorithms based on historic trends, the app calculates a stress level score ranging from 1 to 10.

Premium users of StressFace gain access to additional features such as displaying the stress score directly on the watch face as a complication, as well as timelines and charts that highlight stress trends throughout the week. Furthermore, users can link their calendar to identify which events are causing the most stress.

The app also allows users to adjust the stress threshold setting according to their individual response to stress. Additionally, with a regularly updated meditation library and widget support, users can track their daily meditations and observe the impact on their stress level via the recorded timeline.

To ensure the highest standard of accuracy, users are advised to consult a medical professional in addition to using the app if they are experiencing stress-related issues.

Note: The timeline complication feature is only available for Apple Watch Series 4 or newer models.

To access the Premium Pack, users can purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase. Subscriptions will be billed directly to the user's credit card through their iTunes account. Automatic renewal can be cancelled at any time via iTunes account settings. It is important to note that any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.
